Refund & Return Policy

We understand that not everything always works out — if something isn’t right, here’s how to return it.


1. Return Conditions

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear or underwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)
  • Socks, earrings, or hair accessories
  • Any item marked as Final Sale or purchased with a promotional discount

3. How to Start a Return

  • Log into your account → go to Order History
  • Select the item(s) you’d like to return and submit a reason
  • We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable
  • Pack items securely, include the return form, and drop off at your local courier

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake
  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, changed mind), return shipping cost is yours
  • If the issue is ours (wrong item, damaged), we’ll cover all return costs

5. Want to Exchange?

Yes — if it’s a matter of size or color, and we have it in stock.
Use the return process, and leave a note indicating the new size/color you need.
If we don’t have it, we’ll refund instead.


6. For International Orders

Return shipping and customs fees (if any) are your responsibility.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping for international returns.


7. Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us at delitox@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it — either refund or replace.


8. Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or with discount codes may have different return terms.
Check the product page or promotion details when you order.
